Operational Control and Supervision

Organize, maintain, and support operational control of the organization in accordance with regulation standards and operation. Supervise flight plan preparation including weight and balance and performance calculations. Assist operational personnel and flight crew members with route creation and validation, last minute change and flight watch. Coordinate the implementation, customization, and proper training for all aviation products.
